Playing Rule Changes - 2017/18 Season

 

Please be aware that the SHA Board of Directors recently approved two playing rule changes for SHA play beginning in the upcoming 2017/18 season;

• No Change Icing - Implement at the Bantam AA level and higher through Midget, Junior and Senior and from the Defensive Blue line and in.

Note: The above is for all levels of Midget, Junior and Senior Hockey.

• Face Off in the Offending Teams end upon a penalty in all ages and levels of hockey.

Officials will be notified and trained on these playing rule changes during the Fall Officiating Clinics but will be in effect immediately at the beginning of the 2017/18 playing season.
